NETx KNX IP Secure Router & Interface
Bus-supplied router/interface between IP and KNX
- Forwards telegrams between different KNX lines via an IP network
- Can also be used as an interface to connect a PC (e.g. BMS server, visualization, ETS, ...) to the KNX network
- Supports KNX security (can be activated in the ETS)
- Coupling of unsecured communication on a KNX TP line with a secure IP backbone as a secure router
- The interface function (tunneling) also prevents unauthorized access
- Assignment of the IP address via DHCP or manually (ETS)
- Power supply via KNX bus
- Application of the KNXnet/IP specification using core, device management, tunneling and routing
- Filter table (8 kByte)
- Intermediate storage of up to 150 telegrams
